Is the most important financial professional in any of our lives a Realtor?

This article from Pete Dunn in the Indy Star makes a bold statement: “I believe the most important financial professional in any of our lives is a Realtor”

It is a terrific read and centers on the fact that real estate is the biggest purchase (and consequently biggest debt) most individuals will take on. You need a sound advisor for that.

I’d add to what Pete states and also note that many people (including several of my clients) are making real estate purchases to build out their retirement portfolio. You need to have a good advisor in your corner on such a purchase – your real estate advisor needs to know what your goals are and develop a strategy based on them.

If anyone wants to discuss this in more detail – and of course if you need real estate assistance – send me at email at raj@rajabout.com or call 240 486-3921.
