Fantastic to see the ground floor of PeriPoint in use by Thornett Kitchens! We’ve followed the development of this unique building for a while now and love the way it’s looking. Find out more at their website, including info about advertizing with them. As they point, out, over 2 million cars pass PeriPoint each month, so it could be a great opportunity!
Retail Space for Lease – any Ideas?
Does anyone know if there is any movement on the leasing of this space? The unit address is 7700 Old Georgetown Road right below the Reznick Group building and very close to our personal favourite the PeriPoint.

PeriPoint: An Amazing Opportunity in a Landmark Building

As you know we have featured the PeriPoint building and the Gallery Neptune on several occasions. We love the building and believe it to be a true Bethesda landmark – perhaps even the most unique and original building in town. The values of its owners have been infused into this Green building, and we’re very proud to be able to keep you informed of the next stage in PeriPoint’s evolution.
Gallery Neptune has now concluded seven years of finely produced exhibitions featuring the superb talent of artists in the mid Atlantic region. Moving ahead, the education program at Studio Neptune is expanding beyond ages 6-14 by offering select classes for high school students and adults.
Elyse (who co-owns the building with her husband Michael) will continue teaching and is excited by the prospect of identifying the right tenants to build on their work and take PeriPoint to the next level.
In this special three part series, we will showcase the opportunities available for the right tenants at PeriPoint. We firmly believe this landmark building is a must-see for restauranteurs and others seeking a stunning space in Bethesda. Just follow the coming articles then pay a visit to PeriPoint. A Nod to the Old Georgetown Grille
Wandering around the neighborhood yesterday it suddenly dawned on me how much time has passed since I last set foot inside the Old Georgetown Grille. I’ve had many a great Sunday brunch in this place, and really ought to drop by again soon! Anyone else a fan?
For any newbies who want to give it a go, you can find it at 7755 Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda (map below). It’s also right opposite the great PeriPoint building which we love to mention whenever we get the chance!
SEED Announce Move to Bethesda Peripoint Building
Some interesting news to pass along this morning. SEED, a home building company that focuses on green, energy efficient sustainable buildings is moving to the terrific Peripoint building in downtown Bethesda. Peripoint has been described as the first green commercial building in Bethesda and it seems like an ideal match.
Rachel Puri, the Operations Manager for SEED described their decision as follows: “Bethesda is rapidly becoming the hotspot for green building in the area, as the community thrives to live a more sustainable lifestyle”
This type of commitment to our community is really encouraging and here at Bethesda Actually we want to say “Welcome to Bethesda SEED!”
Last Days of “January” at Gallery Neptune
The PeriPoint building, Wilson Lane
Not long left now folks! The aptly named “January” exhibition at Gallery Neptune is set to run for two more days before drawing to a close on Saturday. The exhibition features paintings, photographs and mixed-media by artists Ed Biese, Lisa Brotman, Glenn Friedel, Elyse Harrison, Elaine Langerman, Wayne Paige and Albert Schweitzer.
Gallery Neptune can be found on the second floor of the PeriPoint building at 5001 Wilson Lane, Bethesda, at the intersection of Old Georgetown Road. Entry is free.
