WASHINGTON, DC-Bethesda, MD-based Streetsense and Concord Eastridge, a national developer of student housing with a local office in Arlington, VA, are partnering to expand into the university retail space. The duo has formalized a working partnership now that they have several projects in the pipeline, CEO Susan Eastridge of Concord Eastridge tells GlobeSt.com.

The powerful storm that rocked the Maryland/ DC area last night has left thousands without power.
Did you hear the storm? It was really loud — cracks of thunder that seemed to shake the area. For folks with young kids and/ or pets in must have been a tough night.
