Friends,
Sorry for the short notice but wanted to make sure you were invited to a Wine and Cheese Open House in the super Brookmont neighborhood this evening from 5-7pm. The home for sale is a wonderful property that overlooks the river (address is 6424 Ridge Road, Bethesda 20816). It has 5 beds/ 4 full baths and a wonderful master-suite.
I will be there with a couple of colleagues. Pop by for a class of wine, sparkling water and cheese. You can call me at (240)486-3921 for more info.
Cheers!

Friends,
Erin over at Patch has an interesting story on the updated plans for Woodmont Central. She notes that:
The Battery Lane building would be 90 feet tall with more than 90,000 square feet of commercial and retail space. Two options are being considered for development of the Rugby site – as either two 174-foot-tall, nearly 500,000 square foot buildings; or two 143-foot-tall, 408,459 square foot buildings.
More information on the proposed amendments to the Woodmont Central plan is available via the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission.

Friends,
If you know anyone who is looking for a commercial office space in Bethesda for purchase you should encourage them to pop by the Open House at 7960 Old Georgetown Road (unit 4) today between 12pm-2pm. It is a wonderful space, well suited to a small legal/medical/other professional practice.
Feel free to call me with any questions!
Raj (240-486-3921)

Remember we have two Starbucks in Bethesda:
Since the moment our doors opened 40 years ago, we’ve been on a mission to reduce our environmental impact. So on April 22 we’re offering a couple special incentives for helping us out on that mission:
• Get a free brewed coffee or tea when you bring in your reusable travel mug
• Buy a new travel mug for 20% off
That’s right, just swing in with your travel mug and we’ll fill it with our premium brewed coffee or tea for FREE. Don’t have a travel mug? No problem. On April 22, all day long all of our travel mugs will be 20% off, plus we’ll fill it with delicious brewed coffee or tea – on the house.
So help us do a little good for our Earth and get a brewed coffee or tea for free.
Together we really can help change the world.
See you on April 22!

Friends,
Spring looks like it has been put on hold for a few days — the weekend looks like it will be chilly. However, there is an upside — one last opportunity to make a hearty soup before the warm weather is upon us.
Check out some of our past receipes if the mood for soup grabs you and if you need a pot for your masterpiece check out the options available in Bethesda including in the Lane:
